Meet Your Coach

This program is lovingly led by Claire, a Korean adoptee, Jay Shetty Empowerment Coach, Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and Integrated Attachment Theory Coach. Having navigated her own adoption journey, Claire deeply understands the struggles with core wounds such as fear of abandonment or rejection, feelings of unworthiness or loneliness, and also unhealthy attachments. She is passionately committed to empowering fellow adoptees to heal their core wounds, cultivate inner peace, and step into their most aligned self.

Discover Your Attachment Style

Are you dismissive or fearful avoidant, anxious preoccupied, or securely attached? You will learn all about your attachment style and the role it plays in your relationship to others and to yourself. You’ll also learn what it takes to start to move from insecurely attached to more secure.

Master Your Emotions

We'll dive deep to understand your core wounds and relationship triggers, helping you recognize the stories and patterns that keep you stuck. You'll learn to question the meaning you give to painful situations and begin using autosuggestion tools to start reprogramming limiting beliefs.

Understand Your Needs

We'll check in on your reprogramming progress and help you recognize your unique needs. You'll begin behavioral reprogramming, developing new habits and strategies to meet your own needs. This phase focuses on questioning beliefs that block you and using cognitive reframing to fill emotional "holes."

Become a Great Communicator

Bring your healing into the world by learning to communicate your needs to partners, friends, co-workers, and family. We'll equip you with strategies and tools to question your stories during conflict and reprogram fears of vulnerability, empowering you to receive and share your needs openly.

Set Healthy Boundaries

This crucial phase includes a boundary audit of your life and starting boundary exposure work. We'll revisit and reprogram major core wounds associated with boundaries, update your needs reprogramming, and practice de-escalating steps for conflict together to improve your communication.

Update Your Coping Mechanisms

Gain clarity on your behavioral coping mechanisms and why you react the way you do. We'll update and program in healthy coping strategies, evaluating your communication as a whole, and reprogramming painful coping mechanisms with a clear game plan.

Embrace Your Shadow

This weeks focus is on shadow work for relationship shadows and helping you understand and integrate these aspects of yourself. This deep dive into your hidden parts is crucial for moving towards wholeness, fostering authenticity, and building more complete, secure connections.

Nervous System Regulation Tools

You'll learn healthy habits for nervous system regulation and how to cultivate a healthy relationship with your own emotions. We'll conclude by setting new goals and outlining your next steps for continued growth.
